• Contract negotiations to obtain the maximum commitment regarding compensation, bonuses, incentives, benefits, and contract provisions.

• Pursue product endorsement and appearance promotion.

• Review investment recommendations and proposals with investment banking and brokerage firms.

• Utilize insurance consultants to analyze insurance programs and make recommendations as to adequacy of individual and group life, health, accident and disability insurance programs.

• Utilize outside tax specialists to coordinate the preparation of personal, federal, state and other necessary tax returns.

• Utilize advertising consultants to provide leads on public relations, fee schedules, and product endorsements.
